- We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
5. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only in cases where the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
- To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos sent to contact@axonsmobility.com.
- After verification, a replacement may be arranged, subject to the nature of the damage and applicable costs.
- Axons Mobility reserves the right to determine whether the reported damage qualifies for replacement.
