  • We do not accept product returns under any circumstances.

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  • Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
5. Replacement Policy
    We offer replacement only in cases where the product is found to be damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • To be eligible, you must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, along with supporting photos or videos sent to contact@axonsmobility.com.
  • After verification, a replacement may be arranged, subject to the nature of the damage and applicable costs.
  • Axons Mobility reserves the right to determine whether the reported damage qualifies for replacement.
