1. About these terms
Axons Mobility (“we”, “us”) provides software for running shared and rental fleets: the operator console, a branded rider app, the AI assistant and optional add-ons. The software works with the connected devices that operators fit to their own vehicles. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to anyone who uses our website and to every operator that uses our software. If you have signed a quote or order form with us and it says something different from these Terms, the quote or order form applies.
2. Using our website
- Use the website only for lawful purposes.
- Do not try to break into, overload, copy or misuse the website or the software behind it.
- Information on the website, including prices and features, can change without notice.
3. Your account and workspace
- Each operator gets its own private workspace, on its own web address. Other operators cannot see your data.
- You decide who on your team has access and what each person can see and do. You are responsible for the people you invite and for keeping their sign-in details safe.
- Tell us straight away at hello@axonsmobility.com if you think someone has used your account without permission.
4. Free trial
The free 15-day trial lets you try the software on a private fleet our team sets up for you, with no charge during the trial. Some parts of the product are not included in the trial. To keep using the software after the trial, you need a plan.
5. Plans, fees and payment
- Your fees are set out in your quote and on our pricing page: a one-time setup fee, a monthly minimum, a fee for each vehicle above the vehicles included, and the usage charges and add-ons named in your quote. Prices exclude taxes, which are added where they apply.
- We invoice monthly. Invoices are paid by card through our payment provider, Stripe, unless your quote says otherwise.
- If an invoice stays unpaid, we may first limit access to the operator console and later pause the service for your riders, until the invoice is paid. The console warns you before this happens.
- Plans run month to month and you can cancel at any time.
6. Payments from your riders
Your riders pay into your own Stripe account, so you are the seller and the money is yours. You set your prices and are responsible for your own terms with riders, refunds to riders, and the taxes on your sales. Stripe’s own processing fees are charged to you by Stripe.
7. Your responsibilities as an operator
- Hold the permits, insurance and licences your service needs, and follow the local rules for your vehicles.
- Keep your vehicles safe and maintained.
- Use remote commands, such as lock, unlock and ignition, with care. Do not send a command that could put a rider or anyone else at risk.
- Make sure you have the right to share any data you put into the software, including your riders’ data.
8. Your data
Your fleet data and your riders’ data belong to you. We use them only to run and support the service for you. We do not sell them. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. The AI assistant, Intelligence and MCP
- The AI assistant and the Intelligence pages answer from your own data. Forecasts, risk scores and estimated impact are estimates, not promises. Check important answers before you act on them.
- The assistant can suggest an action, such as a work order or a vehicle command, but it acts only after a person on your team confirms it.
- If you connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT through MCP, it can see only what the approving person is allowed to see. That app’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to how it handles the answers it receives.
10. Beta features
Some features, including self-driving shuttles, are offered as beta. Beta features may change, may not always work as expected and may be withdrawn. Use them only where the conditions described on our website are met, such as closed sites.
11. Devices on your vehicles
- We do not sell, supply or fit devices. You choose, buy and own the connected devices on your vehicles, and your agreement with the device maker covers them.
- We connect a device to Axons Mobility when it can share the data the software needs, such as location, battery and lock state, and take its commands. Which features work depends on what each device supports, and we tell you before you start.
- We are not responsible for faults in devices made by others, or for data a device does not send.
12. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features. If a change takes away something important you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
13. Intellectual property
The software, the website and their content belong to Axons Mobility. While your plan is active you may use the software for your own fleet business. Do not copy, resell or try to reverse-engineer it. Your brand, logo and data remain yours.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost data, arising from the use of our website or software, or from devices made by others.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If a change matters to customers, we will tell them before it takes effect.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
