What you pay, and what grows with you
Each plan has a monthly minimum with vehicles, transactions and new riders included, and a low fee for each vehicle above that. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of rider payments; above it, revenue sharing applies, so our revenue grows only when yours does. Packs and add-ons are priced separately.
No paid pilot, no long lock-in
Published prices from typical fleet platforms (checked September 2026) often add setup fees from $2,000 to €40,000, paid pilots of up to €15,000 and contracts of 12 to 36 months. Ours is $1,500 once, the trial is free, and you can leave any month.

How much does Axons Mobility cost?
Three plans: Neuron at $499 a month, Synapse at $999 a month, and Cortex from $2,500 a month. Neuron is $499 a month with 25 vehicles, 1,000 transactions and 500 new riders included, then $4 a month for each vehicle above 25, with a $1,500 setup fee once at the start. So on Neuron up to 25 vehicles are $499 a month, 50 are $599 and 100 are $799; on Synapse, 50 vehicles are $1,174 and 100 are $1,524. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of rider payments; above it, revenue sharing applies, so our revenue grows only when yours does. Packs and add-ons are priced separately. Above 500 vehicles we agree a price together.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Axons Mobility sells no hardware. It works with the connected devices already on your carts, from any maker, as long as they share location, battery and lock status and take lock and unlock commands. Our team connects them for you. Classic carts without a device can be connected with Blync Pulse from Blync Labs, bought from Blync.
Which carts work?
Golf carts and LSVs of any brand, classic or new, as long as the cart's device shares location and battery and can lock and unlock. What a cart can do, such as remote lock or a key card reader, depends on its device.
How long does setup take?
Your trial login arrives right after a short intro call. Going live with riders takes as little as 3 weeks for carts whose devices we already work with, which covers building your branded rider app and Apple's and Google's review. A new kind of device adds the time our team needs to connect it.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Every plan is paid monthly and you can cancel any time. There is no long contract and no paid pilot.
What happens in a quiet month?
You pay your plan and nothing more. Our revenue sharing comes only from rides your riders pay for, so no rides means no share, and every plan includes a monthly allowance of rider payments with no share at all. Bigger plans carry a lighter share. We grow when you grow.
What counts as a transaction?
One rider payment: a ride, a wallet top-up or a pass. Deposits and refunds don't count.
What is in each plan?
Neuron has everything you need to run rides and rentals: the console, the live map, zones, your branded rider app, pricing, payments into your own Stripe, a rider support inbox and crash and safety alerts. Synapse adds three packs: SafeRide, FleetCare and RideBoost. Cortex has every pack, plus Intelligence and the data feeds. Crash and safety alerts are in every plan.
Can I add one pack without moving up a plan?
Yes. On Neuron or Synapse you can add any pack on its own, and it is added to your next monthly invoice: SafeRide $199 a month + revenue sharing; FleetCare $199 a month + revenue sharing; RideBoost $149 a month + revenue sharing; FinanceDesk $199 a month; PartnerHub $149 a month + revenue sharing. Stop it any month; it stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
What are the add-ons?
Intelligence: free up to 25 vehicles, then from $99 a month. Connect your own AI: paid with AI credits as you use it. AI assistant credits: 500 free, then credit packs. GBFS, MDS and TOMP data feeds: $49, $99 or $149 a month per fleet + API usage. Cortex includes Intelligence and the data feeds' monthly price.
What does the free trial include?
15 days on a private fleet our team sets up for you, with logins for your team and a few test riders. Your vehicles appear once our team connects their devices. Other companies on the trial cannot see your data.
Where do rider payments go?
Riders pay into your own Stripe account and the money is yours. Payments within your plan's monthly allowance carry no share from us; above it, our revenue sharing is taken at the moment of the payment, or billed monthly where Stripe cannot split a payment in your country. Stripe's own processing fees are separate and charged by Stripe to you, as with any Stripe merchant.
