Pricing questions
How much does Axons Mobility cost?
$8 per vehicle per month with every feature included, a $199 monthly minimum and no setup fee. Paying yearly saves 15%. Above 500 vehicles we agree a volume price together.
Are any features locked to a higher plan?
No. There is one plan, and every feature is in it: the rider app, safety checks, accounting, intelligence and the AI assistant. The only extras are connecting your own outside AI, extra AI credits and devices.
Is there a long contract?
Monthly — cancel any time. If you pay yearly you save 15%.
What does the free trial include?
15 days with a private fleet in our trial workspace, logins for your team and a few test riders. Your vehicles need a connected device to appear. Other companies on the trial cannot see your data.
Who pays card processing fees on rider payments?
Riders pay into your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard processing fees are charged by Stripe to you, as with any Stripe merchant.
How much do devices cost?
Devices are quoted per order, based on vehicle type and quantity. If your vehicles already have devices from another maker, ask us about adding them.
