It answers questions in plain words inside the Axons Mobility Operator Console: how-to questions from the help pages, your own numbers on vehicles, riders and revenue, a ranked list of what needs attention today, and what a device's log codes mean. Answers come with links, charts, tables, CSV downloads and PDFs.
Can the AI assistant make up numbers?
It works under a strict rule not to. Charts are built only from numbers a tool returned during that question, and when the assistant cannot see something it says “I can't see that yet” instead of guessing. It also states what it counted.
Can the AI assistant change anything in our fleet on its own?
No. It can only propose a work order or a lock, unlock or reboot command. Each proposal has a Confirm button, nothing happens until a person presses it, and a confirmed action cannot run twice.
Can we connect our own Claude or ChatGPT to Axons Mobility?
Yes, with the “Connect your own AI” add-on ($99 / month). Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP app connects to your workspace over OAuth with the permissions of the person who connected it. Changes need approval, every call is logged, and it uses no assistant credits because the AI usage is on your own AI account.
How much does the AI assistant cost?
The built-in assistant uses credits: 500 free, then packs. 1 credit is 1 US cent. Each question has a fixed price, and a failed question costs nothing. Bonus packs and auto top-up are available when you need more.
