Rider App

The white-label rider app for scooter, bike and car sharing

A rider app for iOS and Android with your name, colours and payments, so riders never see Axons Mobility. It is built for operators of shared scooters, bikes, mopeds and cars, with ID, helmet and sobriety checks included on every plan. Try it free for 15 days on your own vehicles.

Why It Matters

Fewer disputes, fewer failed sign-ups, safer riders

The rider app decides how many sign-ups finish, how many fares get argued and how safely people ride. These are the parts built for that.

Fewer disputes

Riders see the fare as it grows, and the parking status and any fee before they end. The receipt carries the route and the parking photo, and Ride Replay shows what happened.

Fewer failed sign-ups

Riders sign in with a phone code, Google or Apple. Every remaining step is shown in one list, the ID check answers in about a minute, and a declined card offers another way to pay.

Safer riders

Helmet and sobriety checks are included, not sold as extras. Riders get slow-zone warnings, and the emergency button shares their live location with your team.

Find & Reserve

Riders find a vehicle and see the price first

The home screen is a map with a Scan to Ride button, and every vehicle shows its battery, walking distance and fare before the rider commits.

Map home with Scan to Ride

Nearby vehicles on a map and one clear button to start. Filters narrow the map by vehicle type, minimum battery, helmet or child seat.

A vehicle card that answers the questions

Tap a vehicle to see its battery, how far it is to walk, the fare and directions to it.

Damaged sticker? Type the code

If the QR sticker is scratched or missing, the rider types the vehicle code instead, so the ride still happens.

Reservations with a locked price

Riders hold a vehicle while they walk to it. You set the hold length and fee, the price stays locked, and a countdown shows walking directions.

Sign-Up & Safety

Sign-up and safety checks in one clear flow

The Before You Ride sheet shows every step still to do in one list, so riders are not surprised halfway through.

Phone code, Google or Apple

Riders sign up with their phone number and a one-time code, or with Google or Apple sign-in.

Home set up for how they ride

Riders pick a ride mode — commute, travel, work shift or weekend — and the home screen is shaped around it.

Before You Ride sheet

Every remaining check is shown together in one list, instead of one surprise screen after another.

ID check in about a minute

An ID photo and a selfie, with a verdict in about a minute.

Helmet photo check

Riders photograph their helmet and the check runs on the phone itself. The picture never leaves the phone.

20-second sobriety check

A reaction test, tracing a line and holding the phone steady. A fail starts a cooldown you set before the rider can try again.

Pay & Wallet

Easy payments, straight into your own account

Riders pay into your own Stripe account, so you are the seller. When a card is declined, the app offers another way to pay instead of a dead end.

Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Bank approval (3-D Secure) happens inside the app, so riders never leave it to confirm a payment.

Friendly options when a card fails

Another card, the wallet balance or a retry — offered straight away.

Wallet with auto top-up

Top-up presets and automatic top-up keep a balance ready for the next ride.

Deposits that are holds, not charges

A refundable deposit is held on the card rather than charged, and riders can follow any refund in a tracker.

Passes apply on their own

A rider's pass is applied automatically at unlock. Nothing to remember, nothing to enter.

Promo codes and QR posters

Riders type a promo code or scan a QR poster to claim an offer.

Ride & End

A clear ride screen and no surprise fees at the end

Riders see the fare as it grows, and the parking status and any fee before they end, so the bill makes sense before it arrives.

Live ride screen

Route trail, live fare, time, distance, speed and battery, with a parking-zone indicator.

Pauses the vehicle confirms

A pause shows as paused only once the vehicle itself has confirmed it.

Slow-zone banner

A banner tells riders when they enter a slow zone, so a lower speed is never a surprise.

Group rides

Unlock several vehicles for friends at once. Each ride is billed separately and the receipts are stacked together.

Smart end of ride

Before ending, riders see the parking status, the nearest parking zone and any mispark fee.

Parking photo and itemised receipt

A parking photo, then a receipt with the route, the photo, every charge and a carbon figure.

Help & Emergency

Shuttle Mode

Beta

Shuttle mode for stop-to-stop rides

Where you run self-driving shuttles, the same app lets riders call a cart from a map of stops.

Map of stops

The app picks the nearest pickup stop. Riders hail now, schedule a ride, or scan the QR code at a stop.

Live cart and boarding window

Riders watch the cart come to them, then press I'm On Board within the boarding window.

Always-free fleets

Mark a shuttle fleet as always free, so riders never see a fare.

Shuttle and scooters in one app

Where both run, riders switch between the shuttle and scooters without a second app.

An offline banner, ride GPS points saved and sent later, and a ride that picks up again if the app is force-closed.

Riders can download their data or delete their account themselves.

FAQ

Rider app questions

See pricing

What is a white-label rider app?

It is a ready-made app for riders that carries the operator's brand instead of the software maker's. The Axons Mobility rider app for iOS and Android is built with your brand name, colour, Stripe account, push notifications and social sign-in, so riders never see Axons Mobility.

Does the rider app cost extra?

No. The rider app is included in the price of $8 per vehicle per month, with every feature on every plan and no setup fee.

Which safety checks can riders do before a ride?

An ID check with an ID photo and a selfie, with a verdict in about a minute; a helmet photo check that runs on the phone, so the picture never leaves it; and a 20-second sobriety check with reaction, trace-the-line and hold-steady tests. A failed sobriety check starts a cooldown the operator sets.

How do riders pay, and where does the money go?

Riders pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or from a wallet they top up, with 3-D Secure bank approval inside the app. Payments go into the operator's own Stripe account, so the operator is the seller and the money reaches them directly.

Does the rider app work when the mobile signal drops?

Yes. Riders see an offline banner, the ride's GPS points are saved on the phone and sent when the signal returns, and a ride interrupted by the app being force-closed picks up again.
