A private workspace and your own Stripe account
No other operator can see your vehicles, riders, trips or money. Rider card payments go through Stripe, straight to you.

Your team works in its own private workspace, and no other operator can see your data.

Claude or ChatGPT connects only after a team member signs in and approves it, and changes need a separate confirmation.

No. Every operator gets a separate private workspace on its own web address, and no operator can see another's vehicles, riders, trips or money.
Who handles riders' card payments on Axons Mobility?
Stripe. Stripe holds riders' card details, and riders pay into the operator's own Stripe account, so the money reaches the operator directly.
What happens when a rider deletes their account?
Their personal details are erased. The rider deletes the account in the rider app and erasure completes after 30 days. Riders can also download a copy of their data from the app.
Can we connect Claude or ChatGPT to our fleet data?
Yes, as an add-on, paid with AI assistant credits as you use it. It connects only after someone on your team signs in and approves it, each person sees only what their role allows, and changes need a separate confirmation.
