Find a car
Drivers see nearby cars and their battery on the map, and can hold one for a few minutes on the way.
First trip: ID check
An ID document and selfie check, switched on per fleet, plus a deposit if you take one.
Unlock and start
Scan the QR code or type the car's code. It unlocks and, where its device supports it, the ignition comes on.
Drive
You see the car move on your live map. Zones warn the driver and record each breach.
Park and take a photo
The app shows the nearest parking zone and asks for a parking photo where you require one.

What is car sharing software?
Car sharing software runs a fleet of shared cars: drivers find, unlock and pay for a car in an app, and the operator sees every car on a live map and manages prices, access, zones, repairs and payments. How does keyless car sharing work on Axons Mobility?
The driver scans the QR code on the car, or types its code, in your branded app. The car unlocks and, where its device supports ignition, the ignition comes on in the same action; ending the trip locks the car and switches the ignition off. If a car stands still for longer than the idle time you set, the trip ends by itself.
Can we run corporate car sharing for our own staff only?
Yes. Put your pool cars in a private fleet that only invited people can use, pre-register staff in bulk with starting credit, and make trips free or charge a set price. Drivers can tag each trip as personal or business and export their trips as CSV for expense claims.
Do we need new hardware in our cars?
No. Axons Mobility sells no hardware. It works with the connected device already in your cars, from any maker, as long as it shares location, battery and lock status and takes lock and unlock commands. Remote ignition and driving reports work where the device supports them, and our team connects each new kind of device for you.
How much does car sharing software cost?
Axons Mobility costs $499 a month with 25 vehicles, 1,000 transactions and 500 new riders included, then $4 a month for each vehicle above 25, with a $1,500 setup fee once at the start. For example, 50 cars are $599 a month on the plan. Above the plan, small per-transaction and new-rider charges apply as your business grows, and add-ons are priced separately.
