Axons Mobility offers a free 15-day trial, a one-off $1,500 setup fee and published plans. The rider app is in every plan, and safety checks and repairs come as packs you can add to Neuron without moving up a plan. The contract is monthly — cancel any time.
Can we try Axons Mobility without switching off our current platform?
Yes. Run the free 15-day trial on a few vehicles while your current system keeps running. Connect their devices, invite your team, add a few test riders, and move the rest of the fleet when you are ready.
Do we need new devices to switch to Axons Mobility?
No, as long as your devices share where each vehicle is, its battery and lock status, and take lock and unlock commands. Send us the make, model and the maker's technical documents, and our team connects them. Axons Mobility does not sell hardware.
Is our data safe with Axons Mobility?
Yes. Each operator has its own private workspace no other company can see. Riders can download their data or delete their account, and roles hide money and personal data from staff who don't need it.
