Yes. Guests book a cart of a fleet for a later date and time in your app, with the plan they want, and bookings are counted against the carts you can rent, so a fleet is never booked twice over. Nothing is charged at booking and cancelling is free; at pickup the guest unlocks any free cart of that fleet and the usual price is taken then.
Yes. Axons Mobility supports NFC key cards: if the cart's device has a card reader, you enrol a card by tapping it there, choose if it opens one cart or all of them, and a tap starts or ends the rental. Guests who prefer their phone scan the cart's QR code in your app.
No. Axons Mobility sells no hardware. It works with the connected device already on your carts, from any maker, as long as it shares location, battery and lock status and takes lock and unlock commands. Our team connects it for you.
Axons Mobility's Neuron plan is $499 a month with 25 carts, 1,000 transactions and 500 new riders included, then $4 per cart per month above 25, with a one-off $1,500 to get started. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of rider payments; above it, revenue sharing applies, so our revenue grows only when yours does. Packs and add-ons are priced separately.
