Does Axons Mobility sell tracking devices?
No. Axons Mobility is the software: the operator console, your rider app, Intelligence and the AI assistant. You keep the GPS and telematics devices already on your vehicles, or choose the ones you prefer, and we connect them.
Which devices work with Axons Mobility?
Any GPS or telematics device, from any maker, that can share the vehicle's location, battery level and lock status and take lock and unlock commands. For classic carts, Axons Mobility supports Blync Pulse from Blync Labs. Send us the make, model and the maker's technical documents, and our team connects your device for you.
What can I do once my devices are connected?
See every vehicle live on the map and run rides from your rider app. Where the device supports it, you can also lock, unlock and switch the ignition remotely, get tow and theft alerts, and see harsh riding and crashes. We tell you which of these your devices support before you start.
Do I need to fit new hardware on my vehicles?
No. Your vehicles keep the devices they have. Our team does the work to connect them to Axons Mobility. A classic cart with no device can be fitted with Blync Pulse, bought from Blync Labs.
Can one fleet use devices from different makers?
Yes. Vehicles with different devices run side by side in one console, on one live map and in the same reports.
