Best Golf Cart Fleet Management Software in 2026: 6 Options Compared
By Ananya Rao, Technical Writing Team · · Updated · Operations · 7 min read
The short answer
Golf cart fleet management software comes in four kinds. Connected fleet platforms such as Axons Mobility and Levy Fleets unlock, track and manage every cart and run rentals in a branded app. Golf course systems such as Club Car Connect and FAIRWAYiQ add play features like pace of play on the course. GPS trackers such as Hapn show where carts are and alert you when they leave an area. Booking tools such as Booqable take reservations and payments. Axons Mobility works with carts of any brand and adds Intelligence and MCP for Claude and ChatGPT.
Golf carts now run whole businesses: resort guest fleets, golf course fleets, community carts, rental shops, and the dealers and makers who sell to all of them. The software behind them ranges from a GPS tracker on one cart to a platform that runs every cart, rider and repair. We compared six products that come up when buyers search for golf cart fleet management software. Axons Mobility publishes this guide; every fact about the other five comes from their own websites, read on 19 October 2026, listed under Sources. We have not tested them first-hand.

Four kinds of golf cart software
- Connected fleet platforms unlock, track and manage every cart, and run rentals in a branded app: Axons Mobility and Levy Fleets.
- Golf course systems focus on play on the course, such as pace of play, yardage and on-cart screens: Club Car Connect and FAIRWAYiQ.
- GPS trackers show where a cart is and alert you when it leaves an area or is moved: Hapn.
- Booking tools take reservations, deposits and payments for carts handed out at a counter: Booqable.
Axons Mobility
Axons Mobility is AI fleet management software for golf carts, for golf cart OEMs, dealers and fleet operators. It works with the GPS and telematics devices already on carts of any brand, and supports Blync Pulse from Blync Labs for classic carts. OEMs see battery health and fault patterns across every connected cart they sold. Dealers offer connected carts under their own brand and earn a revenue share through the Partner Program. Resorts, golf courses and communities get keyless unlock by app or NFC key card, zones that warn riders and record breaches, an alert when a locked cart moves, and battery readings for 48 V carts. Intelligence adds revenue ideas and a health score for every cart, and with MCP your team can ask Claude or ChatGPT about the fleet. It has no on-cart screen or pace of play features.
Club Car Connect
Club Car Connect is Club Car’s own connected-fleet system for Club Car Connected vehicles. Club Car says it is installed at over 2,300 courses worldwide. It lists fleet lock and unlock, Action Zones, geofencing and cart path only rules, real-time battery status with low battery notifications and charge faults, pace of play reporting, GPS yardage and a 10-inch touchscreen, with a commercial version for resorts, campuses and workplaces. A strong fit for a fleet of Club Car Connected vehicles. More in Axons Mobility vs Club Car Connect.
FAIRWAYiQ
FAIRWAYiQ is a GPS and pace of play system for golf courses. It says it works on every cart brand, including mixed fleets, using a GPS unit in each cart, and helps keep carts out of restricted areas and on cart paths, with real-time notifications for staff. Higher tiers add cart tablets with messaging and food and beverage ordering. It suits courses that want play features across a mixed fleet.
Levy Fleets
Levy Fleets describes itself as a complete fleet launch platform: software, vehicles, payments and support. For golf carts it can help choose and supply vehicles with pre-installed connected hardware, and lists real-time tracking, remote lock and unlock, battery monitoring, geofencing and speed limits, with riders scanning to unlock and paying in the app. Plans include a managed revenue-share plan and a software-only plan. A good fit if you want one partner for carts and software. More in Axons Mobility vs Levy Fleets.
Hapn
Hapn makes battery GPS trackers for golf cart rental and resort fleets: a hidden-mount tracker with no wiring and no charging, and a web platform. It alerts you when a cart crosses a boundary, including outside rental hours, and when the tracker is removed, and it can send data to rental software through an open API. A simple way to know where carts are. More in GPS trackers vs fleet platforms.
Booqable
Booqable is rental booking software with a golf cart page: customers book and pay online at any hour, deposits are applied automatically, contracts are signed on a phone at handover, and carts can be marked unavailable during maintenance or charging. It suits counter rentals where staff hand over the cart.
