Does Axons Mobility provide GBFS and MDS for city permits?

Yes. Axons Mobility publishes GBFS feeds so journey planners and map apps can show your available vehicles, and provides MDS trip and vehicle status data for cities that ask for it as part of a permit or pilot.

What is white-label scooter sharing software?

It is the software a sharing company runs under its own brand: the rider app, the operator console and the link to each vehicle. With Axons Mobility, riders see your name, colours and payments, never Axons Mobility, and your team works in a console at your own web address.

How much does Axons Mobility cost for a scooter, bike or moped fleet?

$8 per vehicle per month with every feature included, a $199 monthly minimum and no setup fee. For example, 100 vehicles cost $800 a month. Paying yearly saves 15%. Above 500 vehicles, we agree the price together. Connected devices are quoted per order.

Can we switch from our current platform without stopping service?

What safety checks does the rider app include?

An ID check with an ID photo and a selfie that takes about a minute, a helmet photo check where the picture never leaves the rider's phone, and a 20-second sobriety check with a cooldown you set if the rider fails. The device on the vehicle adds a driving score and crash detection, and the app has an emergency button that shares live location.

How do we get paid by riders?

Riders pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or from a wallet, straight into your own Stripe account. You are the seller, so the money reaches you directly, and the console keeps a double-entry ledger with payout reconciliation.
